Gift voucher
terms
The gift voucher is valid for one year from the issue date. It is issued in the recipient’s name but can be transferred to someone close to them with prior approval. It can cover a full outing or be used as a top-up alongside a direct payment (often the case for duo “multi-pitch” outings).
If the weather is unsuitable on the day of the outing, it will be rescheduled at no extra cost. If no date works within the validity period, the voucher can be extended by an additional 6 months on request.
